PARI RICKARD
Pari, an American by birth, has worked in the UK, Europe and internationally for nearly 18 of the last 23 years. He has significant global experience as founder and director of a recruitment/training company placing employees in over 67 countries, was MD of a maritime concern in the Caribbean and South America and, International HR Director for a company with offices in 17 nations and 1100 staff. Most recently, he has worked as a senior management consultant with a consultancy based in the UK working extensively with FTSE 100 firms.

Pari has mentored hundreds of individuals within many cultural settings and companies, and consulted on change management and strategic planning sessions, etc . Pari is an experienced, perceptive, warm and dynamic presenter.

RUSSELL EVANS
Russell is a consultant with corporate experience in leadership, team building and change management. His focus is developing leaders and their teams to deliver improved business and personal performance. Russell’s work ranges from the support of directors and senior managers to improving front line team performance. He has experience working across a range of sectors and particularly those with retail or a strong customer relationship element.

Companies Russell has worked with include; AXA PPP Healthcare, Fortis Bank Plc, Virgin Mobile, WH Smith, Scottish Water, HBOS plc and Goldshield plc. In addition Russell is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute.

CHRISTOPHER BURFORD
Christopher works as a company “Doctor” either on an advisory basis or as part of the management team. Over the last 20 years he has worked across many sectors on behalf of major global accountants and more recently for his own company. With his experience he can ‘get behind’ the numbers and ‘see’ the financial and operational structures necessary for success. He also has experience of the buying and selling of companies, particularly MBOs. Christopher has worked with companies such as HSBC Bank Plc, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, The Brown Group Plc, Drummonds Plc and Traidcraft Plc. Additionally, Christopher has a BA Hons in Psychology and is a fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals.

Christopher has been the President of the UK Turnaround Management Association and is committed to finding a constructive and consensual solution to corporate distress wherever possible.
